Shane presently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Easy Auto Credit, Inc. and Sunrise Acceptance, Inc. He has been with Easy Auto since 2004 and a minority owner and Board Member since 2007. During Shane’s first year with Easy Auto, he sold cars for four months, was a store manager for three months, and spent time in the Collections, Underwriting and Administration departments to learn all aspects of the business. Starting in 2008, Shane led Easy Auto’s expansion from two locations to the current five Easy Auto locations, which are in Cleveland, Chattanooga (East Ridge), Knoxville, Murfreesboro, as well as Dalton, Georgia.
Since 2005, Shane has been involved in BHPH 20 Groups and has been part of the NIADA B-2 BHPH Group since 2010. Over the years, he has attended several conferences hosted by NABD, NIADA, TAA and GIADA. Prior to joining Easy Auto, Shane was in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1990 to 2002, most recently as Partner in Charge of the Chattanooga audit practice. The Chattanooga Arthur Andersen office merged into Ernst & Young, LLP in 2002 and Shane served as an Audit Principal through 2004.
